Changing the Default Homepage

In WordPress 3.0 it is now easier to change the homepage to a various page that you have made or created in WordPress. Now you have the option to create another page and make it the first thing that visitors see when they pull up your wordpress site.

• The first step is to log into your WordPress dashboard at http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
• Then under the Settings selection click on Reading.
• Choose A static page and select frontpage for your homepage and then another page for your post.

That’s it! WordPress makes it simple to do everything doesn’t it.
